The intent of the project aims to redevelop an abandoned area in the city of Bellinzona located on a heavily craggy ground. ​

The destination of of the whole area is residential, with the identification of 4 indipendents housing units.

The standard type of housing comprises 2 floors, the ground floor is partially underground in the north.

The access to housing is guaranteed by a private road located upstream of the area.

The entrance area is accessible through a small footbridge that connects the roof of each house.

The volume of the living area is projecting on south and wants to be a natural extension of the landscape, with large window-oriented to the valley.

The compartments of the sleeping area are located on the ground floor, suitably shadowed by the volumes described above.
