This project is located in Doha, at the C Ring of the city, next to the Radisson Blue Hotel.

The area is subject of a new reconversion; until last year this plot has been used for residential buildings of 2 floors.

The requirement of the client is to design a luxury 5 stars hotel of 8 floors.

The concept of the project get ispiration from the desert oasis.

The particular shape of the massing permit to realize green roof at different levels.

The exterior has a double skin of glass and shading system of photocatalytic ceramic that clean from the pollution.

At the ground floor there are drop off and main lobbies for hotel rooms, ballroom, restaurants.

At the first floor there are restaurants and ballroom with one green roof; at the second floor there are gym, pool, other signature restaurants and the second green roof.

The hotel hosts totallly 300 keys.
