Pharmaceutical Headquarter

The requirements of the client are to establish the new headquarter of his company (developing healthcare products) with administrative and production sections.

The land, situated at the north-west border of the city, has an existing building that will be demolished for the new factory with a surface of 10,000 sqm (20% offices and 80% production).

The access at the area is guaranteed by a private street, directly connected to the main road.

Since the core business of the company is the usage of water for their products, the concept of the projects starts from this element.

The idea is to reproduce the sense of fluidity and softness that belongs to water using curved louvers all along the perimeter with different sizes.

Louvers will be realized with perforated aluminum panels which help water to flow and at same time to create games of shadow on the surface.

The contrast of organic shapes with the existing strict surrounding will generate a new landmark of the city.
