Kirazlitepe Urban Regeneration

The  project  is  located  along  the Bosforus   zone,  protected area considered  UNESCO   heritage. The  partnership  developed  with Sinpas   Real  Estate  (Istanbul)  aims to  redevelop   the  site. The  function is  mainly  residential  except   the south-­east  area  that  is  mixed  use with   commercial  at  ground  floor and  offices  at   the  uppers  floor.

The  residential  part  is  composed  by buildings  of  5  and  6  floors overground. The  structure  of  the typical  building  is   minded  as  a double  skin. The  inner  box  is completely  glassed  and   the  exterior surfaces  are  realized  by  bricks   with several  holes  of  different  size.
